A graduate of the postgraduate study "Psychology in management" at the University of Economics in Katowice. Graduate of International Relations at the Jagiellonian University. In total, for over 7 years he held managerial positions in non-governmental organizations such as the European Youth Center and the Office of International Initiatives.
 
He is an employee of an international corporation dealing with broadly understood human resources issues, including talent management strategy, talent acquisition and development, brand creation and building, and internal communication. The connecting element is project management.
 
Privately, he likes good, slightly abstract reading. Classic novels and motivational literature. Hobby is high-mountain tourism. Also traveling and intercultural dialogue, politics and meeting other people. Speaks English.
