About the Project
The project 'Video and social media for greater youth participation' is an international training in the framework of the mobility project for young people and youth workers, action 1 of the ERASMUS+ programme (training of youth workers and networking). The training took place in Warsaw from 19-25 September 2015.
Event details
The project was developed by participants coming from 12 youth organisations from both the EU and the neighbouring region of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. The project involved 36 participants aged approximately 25-35 (leaders and social media communicators). The project is a continuation of a very successful project implemented by some of our partners in 2013 in Krakow.
The aim of this training was to bring together a balanced group of organisations from the EU and EU partner countries from the neighbouring region of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, and to train the young and emerging leaders of these organisations in the effective use of social media and video tools suitable for their youth work in light of the overall idea of achieving greater youth participation.
