About the Project
This project is a challenge aimed at supporting the processes of creating new channels of communication and maps of cooperation between young people from Poland and Ukraine. The project was implemented by a group of 30 young people aged 18-25 - from two non-governmental organizations - STAN (Ukraine) and the European Institute Pro Futuro Europae (Poland).
Project details
The exchange took place on 04-11/09. in Koninki, Lesser Poland. The task was carried out based on the principles of non-formal education using thematic panels, workshops, games, discussions, etc. It served to develop new forms of acquiring knowledge, skills and experience by the exchange participants. We learned more about our countries' relations, history and related problems, stereotypes, but also new opportunities. Working in mixed groups during the tasks carried out allowed us to develop a map of cooperation between young people from Poland and Ukraine, which will serve as a foundation for creating new joint projects in the future. The youth participating in the exchange, based on the acquired knowledge and experience, also took up the challenge of disseminating the effects of participation in the project, thus becoming ambassadors for supporting positive Polish-Ukrainian relations.
