About the Project
On September 24-30 Marcin Gielec, Marcin Szydłowski i Piotr Uhma, 3 trainers dealing with entrepreneurship education conducted teaching classes for adults in the partner organization Academy of Entrepreneurship. the aim of these classes was to compare the way they were conducted in Poland and Greece, observe the reaction of other audiences, strengthen contacts with the host organization and the staff substantively responsible for training at AKEP.
Purpose of the event
The purpose of these classes was to confront the way they were conducted in Poland and Greece, observe the reaction of other audiences, The classes conducted concerned: the following issues:
- entrepreneurship – my attitude in life. During these classes, the instructors will develop the following issues: active life attitude, entrepreneurship in life, searching for information, collecting, selecting and processing acquired information, improving the ability to present collected materials, developing one's own interests, self-education, ability to cope with emotions and accept failures with dignity. and their proper interpretation.
- entrepreneurship - teamwork. In this respect, classes will concern arranging action schedules planning and settling joint activities; convincing group members to propose solutions for a common purpose implementation of planned activities, anticipating difficulties in implementing their projects and dealing with them.
- entrepreneurship – communication and promotional skills. In this area, classes will focus on communication and decision-making, marketing basics, use of digital tools.
By conducting these classes, the Foundation's trainers will primarily improve their methods of conducting classes with adults, focusing on non-formal education methods, because this is the purpose of these educational teaching trips in for the purpose of conducting classes in a partner organization.
The training trip was part of the project to develop the competences of adult education staff, financed by the European Union Erasmus+ Program.

The Academy of Entrepreneurship (AKEP) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 by the historical Educational Association of Athens “HFAISTOS“. It acts in collaboration with the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs (OESYNE) and aims to contribute to the acquisition and development of entrepreneurship and professional competences for its beneficiaries: new and aspiring entrepreneurs, teachers and students in VET and Adult education, marginalized groups and low skill adults.
