Michał Misztal - CEO of Startup Academy, business coach, lecturer at Lazarski University, coordinator and creator of numerous entrepreneurship education programmes, expert of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in assessing the innovativeness of startups.

He is the author of business education programmes for budding entrepreneurs, for whom he has conducted several thousand consulting hours. He has been a consultant on dozens of investment processes, many of which have been successful. He has successfully obtained many grants for the development of companies, the amounts of which exceeded PLN 20 million. For 11 years, he worked on the development of entrepreneurship in Poland within the AIP Foundation. He took care of more than 600 start-ups from various industries serving as AIP Regional Director. He co-founded the AIP Seed Capital investment fund, dealing with the selection and scouting of startups. He then took over the sales management of Warsaw's Business Links - business accelerators and coworking spaces.

As part of the international EU Speed Up programme from 2017 to 2021, he advised the Warsaw City Hall on the creation of a startup ecosystem in the capital. He feels great as a trainer or speaker - he has led dozens of trainings and spoken at many business and startup conferences, supporting the development of Europe's largest startup organisation.
