Beata Migas (born 1995) is a film director, producer and screenwriter, and the founder and CEO of Haddock Entertainment. She holds an MSc in Ecological Energy Sources from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, and is a graduate of Film Directing at the Film School in Belgrade and the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw. Since 2017, she has been active in the European film industry, directing and producing feature films and documentaries. Her work has received numerous awards and nominations, most notably the victory of her film At present at the Los Angeles Short Film Award and its premiere at the 74th Berlinale. In addition to her work as a director and producer, she is also a writer. In 2022, she wrote and published Islandówki (Islanders), a collection of 22 short stories combining Iceland's cultural heritage with her personal experiences of minimalist living in a mobile base during her many months of travelling around the island. With her diverse education, combining artistic training with technical knowledge, she works as a qualified Green Film Manager, implementing films based on an environmentally sustainable production model. 
 
She is fluent in English and Russian.
