Jakub Witoszek - bio
A manager with over 20 years of experience in human resources (HR), recruitment, and the non-governmental organisation (NGO) sector. Throughout his professional career, he has successfully combined strong business and operational expertise with a commitment to building engaged communities. As an HR and talent advisory expert, he specialises in strategic recruitment process management using the “Recruitment as a Project” approach, Talent Change Management, and the implementation of modern methodologies such as Design Thinking. He has gained extensive operational experience in international corporations and leading global talent advisory firms, coordinating recruitment and operational projects across Europe, including for ASSA ABLOY Group.
He holds a degree in International Relations from the Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in Psychology in Management at the University of Economics in Katowice (formerly the Academy of Economics), graduating with distinction. During his university years, he was actively involved in student self-governance, serving on rectoral committees and in student representative bodies operating at the international level.
