The project aims to drive the Foundation’s development and elevate the quality of our adult
education offers. Responding to the growing demand for innovative teaching methods, we focus on
three main areas.
About the project: A new Level of Education
First, we want to equip our teaching staff—including artists and filmmakers—with
advanced tools in cultural heritage and modern multimedia, such as digital photography, video
production, and editing. This will help us engage seniors and migrants more effectively, while also
allowing us to pilot our custom “Visual Storytelling” course during an international group mobility.
Second, we are strengthening our entrepreneurship education. We aim to support the business
practitioners we work with by providing them with effective adult learning methodologies, ensuring
they can communicate clearly with learners developing foundational business skills.
Finally, we focus on organizational growth. Our administrative team will enhance their managerial skills in project planning, promotion, and international networking. A vital part of this process involves analyzing adult education models in other European countries, such as Germany and Italy, to gather best practices and build a solid foundation for opening an adult high school within the next 2–3 years.
