Beat social crisis — Open mind
On August 29-08, 2023 in Jastrzębia Góra, the European Institute Foundation carried out an international youth exchange Beat social crisis - Open mind. The meeting was attended by 30 participants from Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Latvia, Greece and Spain.
The aim of this project was to develop communication competences between participants in order to strengthen social bonds damaged by the COVID-19 pandemic. The main intention of the project was to establish relationships between young people from European countries with different backgrounds and counteract communication problems using various methods of informal education as well as meditation, yoga and stress-reducing activities. The exchange program also aimed to support a deeper understanding of human rights, equality and attitudes of tolerance.
