Project co-financed from the state budget, as part of the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Council, implementing the project “Manufacture of Social Enterprises”.

Projekt „Manufacture of Social Enterprises” miał na celu zgromadzenie uczestników z Polski i Ukrainy oraz przekazanie im teoretycznej i praktycznej wiedzy z zakresu przedsiębiorczości społecznej. Uczestnicy projektu poszerzyli swoją wiedzę o przedsiębiorczości społecznej. Prezentowane podczas projektu treści wyjaśniły czym jest przedsiębiorczość społeczna, nakreśliły jej główne cechy oraz zapoznały uczestników z przedsiębiorstwami działającymi na terenie Polski i Ukrainy wykorzystującymi powyższy model. Uczestnicy poznali procedury prawne wymagane do rozpoczęcia takich przedsięwzięć oraz nauczyli się skutecznych strategii zarządzania i promowania społecznych inicjatyw.

Zaplanowane zajęcia wyposażyły uczestników w wiedzę teoretyczną i umiejętności praktyczne w określonych obszarach:

• tworzenie przedsiębiorstw społecznych, rozwijanie pomysłów,
• market analysis, legal issues, SWOT analysis,
• promotional strategies,
• soft skills such as initiative, communication,
• leadership and self-organization.
