On July 2-5, another coordination meeting of partners as part of the ETEM project – Entrepreneurship Through Efficient Management took place in Gdańsk. The purpose of the meeting was to summarize the tasks carried out so far in the project and to prepare for further events, including training of entrepreneurship trainers. The goals of the ETEM project aim to face the necessity of equipping young professionals with demanded and high profile skills which will bring added value to the European economy. The project will develop guidance, practical tools and training for young entrepreneurs and youth workers in ways that will expand learning and economic opportunities for improving existing organizational and industrial practices.
